Job Description
A financial institution that has been one of Sacramento's 'most wanted places to work' is currently recruiting multiple MBank Services Representative to join their growing Contact Center in Sacramento. Ideal candidates will have world class customer service, contact center experience and possess strong problem solving and technical skills. This is a great temp-hire opportunity with opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities: Provide quality service in Contact Center environment by processing member transactions accurately and efficiently. Complete checking, savings and loan transactions in an accurate and expedient manner. Provide assistance to membersregarding questions or problems with accounts or services. Research and make adjustments to member accounts as necessary. Conduct each member interaction in a manner to meet our Core Values.
Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or relevant work experience. Previous financial institution desired, and 2+years call center experience required. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Must be team oriented and enjoy working in a challenging environment. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Salary: $17-$20/hr DOE.
