Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships
- Responsible for all planning daily, month-end and annual productions
- Manage high level client conflicts
- Plan and execute strategic business reviews with strategic conversations with an emphasis on contract acumen
- Collaborate with clients and internal resources to implement changes
- Experience is having discussions at peer level and senior level
- The ability to engage and manage an expanded client workload
- Identifies and participates in meetings to implement process improvements
- Participates in cross functional groups that are implementing business initiatives
- Display a positive attitude and inspires others for greater performance
- Awareness of business decisions that could breach best practice.
- Coordinate with upper management to assist and complete task/assignments as necessary.
