Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Analyst to join a premiere healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. The Client Services Analyst will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication between our healthcare organization and our clients. This is an onsite, long-term contract position. Pay: $26-$28/hr., DOE. 


The ideal candidate has strong analytical experience and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client requests and resolutions.
  • Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and outcomes.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns and issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems and improve overall client experience.
  • Provide clients with training and resources to maximize the use of our healthcare services and tools.
  • Maintains updated knowledge base on industry trends and regulations to educate clients on relevant topics.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the client services department and collaborate with colleagues to implement enhancements.
  • Streamline communication channels and workflows to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in client services, customer support, or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
