Job Description

We are recruiting a Call Center Agent to join one of Sacramento area’s top organizations. The Call Center Agent will provide excellent customer service, resolution assistance, manage vouchers for company loyalty program and social media accounts. This is an onsite direct hire position and candidates must be able to work on the weekends. Full-time schedule: 11:30am-8pm with two consecutive days off. Pay: $20/hour


The ideal candidate will have a high-level of engagement customer service experience (retail/restaurant etc.) and eager for an opportunity to transition to call center.  Candidates must have a strong phone presence, proficient Microsoft Suite & strong data entry.  Candidates must be able to work weekends | 11:30am – 8:00pm shift.  


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle the processing and management of vouchers related to the company's loyalty program, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and positive manner.
  • Utilize proficient alphanumeric data entry skills to accurately input customer information, orders, and other relevant data into the company's systems or databases.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives, contributing positively to a supportive and cohesive work environment.


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role - Retail, Restaurant or Call Center.
  • Proficient Microsoft Outlook skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in accurate and efficient alphanumeric data entry, with experience using proprietary databases preferred.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, valuing inclusivity, mutual support, and contributing positively to team morale.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and procedures, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and hands-on training environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
