Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Administrator to join a dynamic team at a leading consulting firm specializing in Human Resource operations. The Business Operations Administrator will provide complex administrative support to a highly competent HR Department in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote after completion of onsite training in Rancho Cordova. Pay: $28/hr. - $32/hr., DOE.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience providing administrative support to an HR department, possess excellent prioritization skills, extreme attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct research on employment requirements, best practices, and trends.
  • Prepare various documents and client communications with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Update and format client Employee Handbooks according to protocol.
  • Assist with HR evaluations and completion of various client projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM and oversee system integrity.
  • Customize and prepare presentation decks for internal and external use.
  • Prepare training packages for virtual and live sessions.
  • Manage company-wide library of forms, tools, and documents.
  • Coordinate team and client events and volunteer opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain internal procedure documents.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and enjoyable workplace environment.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year in an HR role or supporting California HR matters.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Organizational skills and strong time management abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid California driver’s license.
  • Occasional local travel required.
