We are recruiting for an experienced Firm Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our downtown Sacramento–based client, a growing professional services organization. This is a hands on role with an organization of 35 employees who will be managing a team of seven direct reports and supporting seven shareholders. This senior leadership role works closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a practical, solutions-oriented leader who can operate seamlessly at both strategic and hands-on levels, ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
