Pacific Staffing is recruiting a motivated Assistant General Manager to join a developing gaming organization in the Modesto area. The Assistant General Manager will develop and implement strategic goals, vision, and leadership priorities as part of the administration team. Pay: $220k. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Casino or Gaming operations and proven success in driving positive organizational change and fiscal outcomes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Deliver outstanding Guest service with a positive demeanor, ensuring exceptional experiences for all patrons.
• Inspire and empower Team Members, overseeing their tasks to meet departmental standards and fostering motivation among them.
• Execute objectives outlined by the Tribal Council and General Manager, contributing to the overall vision for CRCR operations.
• Contribute to the development of operational strategies aimed at enhancing profitability through analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ensure adherence to CRCR's strategic plan, including budgetary guidelines and quality standards, across all departmental functions.
• Analyze financial data to set budget projections, reallocating resources as needed to drive profitability and market share growth.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in Casino or Gaming operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Casino Management, or related field.
• Casino or Gaming industry experience required.
• Embrace teamwork and collaboration, fostering a cooperative mindset.
• Proficient knowledge of gaming industry accounting and audit practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Efficient completion of tasks within established timelines and adherence to business standards.
• Ability to maintain a consistently high level of performance while working independently.
