We are recruiting for an Asset Management Analyst to join a successful and fast-growing construction organization in the Sacramento region. Our client is a thriving company that is projected to continue to grow over the next few years. The Asset Management Analyst will be accountable for the successful delivery and analysis of a comprehensive range of financial reports. This role will also act as liaison between departments and their financial affiliates providing each with a premium level of service and accountability. This is a contract-hire position requiring onsite attendance in Roseville.
The qualified candidate will possess extensive experience in data management and advanced MS Excel skills to effectively manipulate data, guiding strategic decisions. Python and SQL experience is a plus.
SALARY RANGE: $32-$35/hour DOE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Property, Liability, and Flood insurance policies to ensure they are structured appropriately for each building within the U.S. portfolio.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to update Certificates of Insurance in accordance with specific Affiliate requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update the organizational contact database.
- Act as a liaison in communication with partnership affiliates, financial institutions, and government/housing authority agencies.
- Provide analysis on portfolio performance and collaborate with the CFO and broader team to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting a financial department.
- 1+ year of experience in real estate asset management, project accounting, or broad financial analysis preferred.
- Strong data management skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets in Excel.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with Python and SQL highly desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
