Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Sacramento based client to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support their Financial Services Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing.
- Perform three-way matching (PO, packing slip, invoice).
- Review, code, and enter invoices with a high level of accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments.
- Maintain organized AP records and support month-end close.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely payment processing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.
- Strong understanding of AP workflows, including three-way matching.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in downtown Sacramento.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
