Pacific Staffing is recruiting an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support a dynamic Director of Marketing & Sales of a premier Real Estate company in Roseville. The ideal candidate will have SEO and digital marketing experience, and will have worked in the Real Estate or Construction industry.  Pay: $25-32/hour. #Onsite #Roseville #DirectHire


IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS:
  • Marketing support project or work experience.
  • SEO Analytics and data experience.
  • Ability to work on projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office: emphasis in Excel, Publisher a plus, PowerPoint, Google Drive.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite & Creative Cloud a plus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create & maintain community brochures: print and send to communities.
  • Create & maintain community price sheets: revise, print, update BDX, Sales Architect, Homefront, New Home Feed and send weekly.
  • Homefront: release new phases (mark as available on community maps), upload new community maps & renderings.
  • Create & order signage for communities: including new community signage maps, bootlegs, lot signs, etc.
  • Model Maintenance: Collect checklists and schedule vendors.
  • Weekly Ad review/maintenance create, review, and revise weekly content.
  • Temp Coverage: Schedule temps, connect with Sales Agents and track for billing.
  • Office Supplies: Order and track by community.
  • Preview billing: Marketing A/P and AmEx.
  • Respond to chat inquiries.
  • Communicate with Tytanium regarding websites, social media accounts, monthly content.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATOINS:
  • 3-5years in supporting corporate marketing projects within a deadline driven or sales environment.
  • Real Estate, Construction or Property Management industry experience a plus.
  • Managed marketing and sales flow including price sheets: revise, print, update BDX, Sales Architect, Homefront, New Home Feed and send weekly.
  • Marketing Event coordination.
  • SEO Analytics experience required.
  • Ability to work on projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
