Job Description
We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a well-respected, rapidly growing health and human services organization in Sonoma County. Our client has a strong mission and offers a collaborative environment with an excellent leadership team! This is an onsite position, and the Corporate Recruiter will connect with prospective talent, develop candidate pipelines, and identify strategies and tools for recruiting great talent. Salary: $100k-$120k DOE.
The ideal candidate will have high volume, full cycle recruiting experience in the healthcare or manufacturing industries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating, and identifying qualified candidates.
- Manage the development of recruitment and advertising programs.
- Conduct recruitment efforts through full cycle recruiting including sourcing, prescreening, final selections, offer letters and salary negotiation.
- Assist managers and supervisors with interviews and onboarding.
- Conduct reference checks and other hiring related compliance.
- Maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and compile reports.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Recruiting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to people at all levels of an organization.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, thorough and takes extreme pride in work.
- Analytical thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, and good judgment.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills with MS Office.
- PHR or SHRM Certification is a plus.
