In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and support onboarding efforts. You’ll proactively build candidate pipelines, re-engage past applicants, and represent the brand at industry events. You’ll also play a key role in optimizing recruiting operations through technology, workflow improvements, and data-driven insights.
Salary: $85,000-$115,000 (DOE). Hybrid - 3 days onsite
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to align staffing strategies, refine job descriptions, and support onboarding efforts.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, re-engagement of past applicants, and participation in industry events.
- Enhance recruiting operations by implementing technology solutions, optimizing workflows, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership.
- Support broader HR initiatives related to employer branding, employee engagement, and continuous process improvement.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring across varied roles with engineering and construction field.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
- Proven success in candidate sourcing and pipeline development, leveraging multiple channels and outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Comfort with recruiting tools and systems, plus interest in employer branding, college recruitment, onboarding, and process improvement.
