Warehouse Manager - Direct Hire
Sacramento, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Plan, oversee and participate in the warehouse operations. Receive, store, pick-up and distribute supplies, materials and equipment. Maintain warehouse stock materials and inventory, including any associated documentation and records. Manage and provide direction and support to warehouse staff. Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of new employees. Communicate with various company employees, departments, vendors and others to provide and receive information, resolve questions and issues, and coordinate activities. Optimize day-to-day activities, while minimizing the costs. Set goals for performance and deadlines in accordance with company's plans. Organize workflow ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Maintain safe work environment in accordance with all safety and security policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in Warehouse management or similar role. High School Diploma. Previously demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability tothink critically and problem solve. May require a flexible schedule as necessary.
