Travel and Compliance Coordinator
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to a SeniorDirector. Manages schedules and calendars, including meetings, appointments, and event logistics. Draft documents, including proofreading memos, presentations, etc. Assist with preparing and maintaining training materials. Assistswith credit card reconciliation and invoices. Manages Visa Program for both new hires and existing employees. Submit new hire compliance paperwork. Assist with reporting. Interface and communicate with new hires, existing employees, leadership and third party-vendors. Adhere to policies regarding compliance, visas, and budgets.
Requirements: 2-3 years' senior administrative support experience, preferably with exposure to compliance. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Ability to exercise high levels of confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding attention to detail. Flexibility to navigate changing priorities in a busy environment. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to exercise initiative with little direction as needed.
