Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to identify training needs and map out development plans. Complete full training cycles (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). Design effective training programs including, instructor-led, e-learning, on-the-job coaching, workshop facilitation, team-building exercises, etc. Facilitate various training and development presentations. Improvement of new hire orientation program. Maintain both training records as well as organization of the details and logistics of the events. Management of compliance trainings and record keeping. Prepare documents, packets, and other training materials. Assist with setup of training classrooms. Order and stocksupplies as needed. Prepare correspondence and communications, reports, and other materials. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training or related field or appropriate combination of education and experience. 3+ years' Learning and Development or training facilitation experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with curriculum design, eLearning design and LMS software. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to navigate a variety of tasks with flexibility. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer savvy.
