Job Description

Our client is an international firm that is experiencing great growth, who is looking for a dynamic Training Coordinator for their Sacramento location. The Training Coordinator will manage all aspects of training and development including identifying needs, designing training, facilitating training and evaluating programs. Candidates must have corporate instructional design and facilitation experience. Ideal candidates will be passionate about learning and development and eager to create efficiencies and process improvement. This is a greatopportunity with an innovative industry leader!

Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to identify training needs and map out development plans. Complete full training cycles (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). Design effective training programs including, instructor-led, e-learning, on-the-job coaching, workshop facilitation, team-building exercises, etc. Facilitate various training and development presentations. Improvement of new hire orientation program. Maintain both training records as well as organization of the details and logistics of the events. Management of compliance trainings and record keeping. Prepare documents, packets, and other training materials. Assist with setup of training classrooms. Order and stocksupplies as needed. Prepare correspondence and communications, reports, and other materials. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training or related field or appropriate combination of education and experience. 3+ years' Learning and Development or training facilitation experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with curriculum design, eLearning design and LMS software. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to navigate a variety of tasks with flexibility. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer savvy.
