Project Engineer - Direct Hire (Electronics)
Responsibilities: Point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders (primarily engineers) regarding ongoing projects, ensuring delivery meets requirements. Determine customer technical needs and requirements. Manage all technical and non-technical project activities such as planning, resourcing, monitoring, reporting and risk, issue and dependency management. Handle all contractual documents. Communicate on a regular basis with different internal departments: sales, presales, finance, R&D coordinator etc. Ensure necessary follow-up and maintain good customer relationships. Manage and support the team integrated campaign deliverables; accountable for overall project success. Manage stakeholders expectations to deliver projects on scope, schedule and within budget. Establish, promote and maintain process improvements.
Requirements: Must have at least 5 years project management/engineer experience in a technical environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. PMP Certification preferred. Highly motivated to work in an 'engineering-to-order' environment. Proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent decision making, communication and analytical skills. Strong customer service and proactive approach to problem solving. Demonstrated leadership managing multiple complex projects. Willing to travel up to 30% worldwide.
