We are recruiting for a Talent Development Manager with succession planning experience. This individual will have experience/knowledge in talent management including leadership development and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team. This role will also be responsible for developing and managing project plans and communicating and/or facilitating those plans to ensure the execution of various Talent Management initiatives such as Performance Management, Succession Planning and Functional Competency Analysis.

Responsibilities: Develop a succession planning program. Add, track and measure the effectiveness of the Talent Development programs, systems, tools, and procedures - review and make recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities. Execute Performance Management processes across the organization. Partner with Human Resources leaders to identify solutions to leadership and organizational development issues. Collaborate with the HRBP in the design and implementation of value added training programs. Support the implementation and management of global leadership development curricula. Develop, monitor and evaluate training curriculum as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, education, psychology, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources/Organizational Development function, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization. Must be able to besuccessful in a matrix structure and be effective at building consensus and collaboration. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, group dynamics, interactive learning methods and leadership coaching. Articulate and persuasive communicator, both written and oral. Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Ability to analyze and track performance data and program performance. Strong organizational and project management skills. A passion for providing top-notch customer service. Ability totravel both locally and globally.

Salary: $90k-$110k.
