Talent Acquisition Manager - Direct Hire

Responsibilities: Establishes an annual recruiting strategy based on company attrition rates, business locations, and anticipated staffing needs. Sources for qualified candidates. Uses creative networks and recruiting tools to find the best candidates and ensures an effective candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Develops and maintains professional relationships with colleges and universities as a source togenerate qualified applicants, including coordination of University career fairs, recruiting events, and open houses. Works with department managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills required to fill vacant positions. Ensures all job descriptions are on file and up to date. Analyzes turnover data and conducts exit surveys to determine areas of improvement for employee retention and selection. In partnership with HR, responsible for the New Hire onboarding experience and helping new hires to acclimate quickly and effectively. Recruiting, training, supervising, coaching, motivating, retaining and evaluating recruiting staff.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar recruiting role in an HR department. Bachelor's Degree from four year college or university or equivalent experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Proficient knowledge of MS Office and experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Ability to compare, analyze, and audit numeric and text data. Professional oral and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills required. Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
