Our client basedin Rancho Cordova is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a dynamic HR team to improve recruitment processes, employee turnover, and company culture. This position will work to support the Talent Acquisition Manager plan, develop and drive performance of internal talent and prepare leadership with the pipeline required toachieve the organization's business objectives.

Responsibilities: Engage with active and passive candidates to build a diverse pipeline of well-qualified candidates by sourcing and screening candidates, includingposting positions, reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews. Collaborate with operational leadership to create and/or update position descriptions. Prepare offer letters and all related agreements and engage with candidates to extend offers. Maintain various Talent Acquisition reports, analytics, and metrics. Oversee the organization's college recruitment function by partnering with regional and local operations, college alumni and the Diversity + Inclusion Committee to identify and forge strong relationships with colleges to identifyand recruit top talent. Coordinate with local administrative staff to schedule the logistics of onsite interviews with senior level candidates and the interview team. Occasional travel, nationwide, to attend technical or college-related recruitment events, conferences or meetings.

Requirements: 3-5 years' experience supporting a fast paced recruiting department. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology. Practical knowledge of Human Resource functions desired. Experience with BirdDog and ADP Applicant Tracking systemsand their reporting functionalities. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work with and maintain confidential employee information. Ability to work independently, effectively organize multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently screen a high volume of resumes. Br>
Pay: $25-$28/hour.
