Responsibilities: Provides internal and external customer service at a high level. Produces accurate quotation and order documentation. Researches and resolves order discrepancies. Researchesproduct and pricing information for quotes and proposals. Produces professional correspondence, and documentation. Provides telephone support for customer inquires. Schedules service and warranty technician; monitors timeframes toassure they meet the customer's needs. Creates and processes Warranty service orders; schedules service installation.
Requirements: High School graduate. 2 years' experience with customer service or ordermanagement. Excellent writing skills; grammar, spelling, business correspondence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills. Strong customer service orientation. High sense of urgency. Excellent follow-up skills.
