Senior Recruiter - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Manage full cycle recruitment process: recruit, screen and interview candidates, work through offer/negotiation processes and orientation. Research and recommend effective recruiting strategies. Assist with the setup, maintenance, and use of staffing agencies. Maintain applicant information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Schedule candidate interviews, including arranging any necessary travel. Post job vacancies on social media, in advertisements, with professional organizations, and other venues as requested. Assist with preparation and execution of recruiting events. Assist with New Hire Orientation. Perform additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:Two years' full-cycle recruiting experience. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to build positive relationships with all levels of employees. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus. Strong decision making skills. Excellent time managements and organizational skills. Attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
