Senior Project Manager -Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Design, develop and manage programs and projects in accordance with global corporate direction and objectives of the USA operations. Lead the development of key initiatives to support long-term operational quality strategic planning. Develop overall efficiency base for multiple projects, systems and tools, develop and maintain metrics and evaluation methods to assess strengths and identify areas for improvement. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Deliver updates to internal stakeholders and Executive leadership to ensure transparent communication regarding project status, issues and decisions. Implement quality controls such as ISO 9001.
Requirements: Bachelor degree required, MBA degree in business or related field preferred. 5-10 years' experience in a project/program manager leadership role with operations and quality implementation and development. Experience implementing ISO 9001. PMP Certification highly preferred. Lean Six Sigma training and certification preferred. Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with high profile clients. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and ERP operating systems. Strong knowledge of the utilization and deployment of technology solutions and system implementation.
