We have a great direct hire opportunity for a Senior Office Admin/Coordinator to support a Finance and Accounting Manager for a global Engineering US division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Office Management or Marketing/Accounting Administrative coordination. Responsibilities: Provide support to office staff for any and all administrative duties, including providing administrative support to Finance and Accounting Manager. Answer phones, direct calls and take messages. Schedule and calendar travel arrangements, including accommodations, issuetravel advances, review and process travel expenses and prepare expense claim payments. File and File library maintenance, distribution of mail and correspondence. Schedule and follow up for account payments and scheduled receipts. Assist in Accounting data entry, invoice processing and other accounting support duties as assigned by management. Send marketing materials to prospects and clients. Maintain sales collateral and supplies. Support new employee onboarding activities, including orientation and payroll set up. Ensure adequate levels of office andkitchen supplies. Self-time management and able to prioritize items is essential due to the variety of office duties.

Requirements: 3-5 years professional Administrative or Office Management experience required in a combination of Accounting, Administrative and Marketing support. Experienced in managing international and national travel arrangements and expenses. Must be flexible and adaptable to multi-tasking with projects simultaneously. Previous relevant experience in compiling bids and assisting in bid preparations. Professional demeanor and good customer service skills. Microsoft Office proficient. Self-starter and able to work independently.

Pay: $40, 000/year
