We are recruiting for a Senior Benefits and HRIS Administrator to join a highly collaborative Human Resources department. The ideal candidate would have supported at least 500 employees in the past with all benefits related issues. This position will also be responsible for all HRIS related reporting and implementation responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Responsible for all employee health benefits and wellness related inquiries. Perform and manage benefits administration. Manage and administer progressive wellness programs. Establish and maintain collaborative working relationship with the broker, insurance carriers and third-party administrators. Reconcile benefits account. Provide direction, knowledge, and training on HCM systems to end users and other team members. Design, develop and produce Human Resources analytics and reporting.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Subject matter expert with employee benefits. At least 5 years of benefit administration experience. Strong knowledge of federal, state and local laws relating to HR and Benefits Administration. Must be able to produce HRIS reports. Proficient with MS Office Suite. Must be analytical, self-motivated and take initiative. Must have previous experience working with a complex HRIS system.
