An established Technology company in Elk Grove is searching for a Sales Operations Analyst to support their corporate Sales Operations team. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations and is responsible for assisting with coordination of sales team related meetings and events, as well as creating and analyzing sales reports. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and will have experience with reporting and manipulating data as well as demonstrated administrative support skills. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics of team meetings, including scheduling and preparing any necessary documentation. Organize and maintain sales team materials. Monitor, analyze and manipulate sales data in Excel and Internal systems. Create and maintain sales reports. Assist with event planning and coordinating. Assist with project support as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration. 3+ years' experience supporting a sales team or in an analyst position. 1-2 years' experience manipulating data and reports. Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, Advanced with Microsoft Excel. Inventory management experience preferred. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
