We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative with SAP experience for a global technology company in the Rancho Cordova area. The SAP Customer Support Representative is responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience to new clients placing orders, as well as servicing existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and computer skills, and must have experience using SAP.

Responsibilities: Open new accounts and provide product and pricing information. Respond to customer inquiries by researching status of order for repair, return, or field servicing. Examine warranty claims and handle customer returns and exchanges. Promote and maintain positive customer relations. Communicate with otherdepartments to ensure delivery schedule or help resolve account billing. Input order data into the ERP system ensuring accuracy.

Requirements: 5 years' experience handling orders and sales. Bachelor's Degree orequivalent education and experience. Experience with SAP is required. Bilingual Spanish and English is required. Strong technical skills and computer savvy. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to think critically and problem solve. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
