Responsibilities: Partner with Board of Directors, leadership and the hiring team to meet high volume staffing needs and objective. Develop recruiting strategies and marketing plans. Target the 18-24yr old population through a variety of sourcing methods. Review applications, screen candidates, conduct background checks, coordinate interviews and process onboarding. Analyze effectiveness of the recruiting plans and ensure positive candidate experience.
Requirements: 5 years' experience in Recruiting, head hunting, Account Management or Sales Manager. Bilingual Spanish (conversational) is required. High School Diploma required. Strong social media knowledge, and technology skills to effectively market to the young adult community. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking to large groups. Ability to support to source, interview and fill positions to meet recruiting goals. Must have strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office products. Ability to interface and present the internship program to senior management, school officials and public organizational leaders.
