Recruiting Manager - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Manage a team of four corporate recruiters and one coordinator. Handle all vendor relationships. Partner with hiring managers to build candidate profiles for specialized positions. Compile reports and audit/review of metrics. Responsible for interviewing, evaluating and identifying qualified candidates. Manage the development of recruitment and advertising programs. Assist with recruitment efforts for final selections, offer letters and salary negotiation. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Requirements: 5 years' experience in Corporate Recruiting field and in a management position. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to people at all levels of an organization. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Strategic thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, and good judgment. Strong metrics and reporting skills. Ability to build rapport and influence hiring managers.
