We are currently searching for a Recruiting Coordinator for an organization in Auburn, CA. This is a long term contract opportunity (approximately one year) to work with an amazing human resources team and innovative company. Our client is seeking a candidate who is a collaborative team player and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks. Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers and HR Recruitment team to meet high volume staffing needs. Heavy scheduling; managing calendar invitations both locally and across multiple time zones. Assist with jobpostings and employment reference checks. Coordinate all administrative tasks involved in the recruiting process; running background checks, follow up on drug screens, coordinate interviews, manage email and phone communication with candidates with pre-screening, interviews or new hire process. Other support tasks as needed by the HR and Recruiting team.

Requirements: 2 years of human resources or recruiting experience and high volume experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to support recruiters to source, interview and close positions in a timely manner. Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products. Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task without compromising quality or service.

Pay: $20-$23/hour.
