Recruiting Coordinator (Healthcare)
Responsibilities: Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and postings. Collaborate with Recruiters to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes. Present candidates for consideration to hiring managers. Track recruiting activities and provide weekly candidate status reports. Assists with maintaining applicant data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Resolve applicant inquiries related to open position. Acts as a resourcefor new employees as they transition into their roles. Coordinate recruiting events and activities as needed.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a Recruiting Coordinator role, or in Human Resources/AdministrativeHR with exposure to Recruitment. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work on multiple tasks while changing priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills. Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Must maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to use good judgement andclear a criminal background check.
