Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions to fit client requirements. Proactively source for all levels of candidates for specialized direct hire and contract positions. Fill job orders with a sense of urgency. Conduct reference calls on eligible candidates. Work with colleagues to grow client base and business. Write and post recruitment ads on job boards and social media. Account management. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience as a Recruiter. Solid sourcing, interviewing and placement abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on working effectively with all levels of professionals. Demonstrated customer service to clients and candidates. Ability to work well independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and highly organized. Must be a self-starter, goal oriented, quick learner and ambitious. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to use good judgement.
