Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers and Human Resources team to meet high volume staffing needs. Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, social media, employee referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline. Screen prospective candidates for open positions. Coordinate all administrative tasks involved in the recruiting process; running background checks, follow up on drug screens, coordinate interviews, manage email and phone communication with candidates with pre-screening, interviews or new hire process. Conduct follow-up with hiring managers and applicants to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting plans and ensure positive candidate experience.
Requirements: 2-3 years of recruiting experience. High volume recruiting experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to support to source, interview and close positions in a timely manner. Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products and ATS software. Ability to interface and present to senior management. Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task without compromising quality or service.
