Responsibilities: Responsible for providing general office reception and administrative support. Welcome onsite visitors and check in guests accordingly. Answering Phones, Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, and Calendaring. Receive, sort, and route incoming mail.Respond to inquiries and other office needs as required.
Requirements: At least 1 year of Receptionist or Office Clerk experience is required. Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook with excellent Data Entry skills. Must have proven organization, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities. Strong Communication skills and Attention to Detail is required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Flexibility and strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to use good judgement. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
