Responsibilities: Welcome and greet visitors to the office. Answer and route all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Receive and distribute faxes to appropriate staff. Respond to general information inquiries with accuracy. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Special projects as assigned.
Requirements: 1-2 years' experience working as a receptionist. Intermediate Microsoft Office. Outstanding customer service. Strong data entry skills. Ability to operate a multi-phone line system. Excellent multi-tasking abilities and strong attention to detail. Self-starter who is highly driven.
