Responsibilities: Develops project plans, identifying resources and timelines to meet projected milestones. Ensure project specific goals and metrics are met. Provide support to the Project Managers for their daily project duties. Work with team members to develop materials pertaining to the project. Evaluate resources (noting deficiencies) and organizes budgets, and other administrativetasks associated with the project, including scheduling team meetings and preparing agendas. Ensures appropriate project documentation is maintained, including: access to historical data, summary of changes in project plans/timelines, customer requests/feedback, etc. Identifies ongoing process improvement opportunities. Recommends suggestions for next steps and actions relative to the project. Problem solves routine project challenges. Providesverbal and written reports to summarize the status of a project. Communicate updates with other departments or divisions as needed, tracking any follow up tasks.
Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in a Project Support role. Previous healthcare experience highly desired. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Extremely dependable, responsible and able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction. Flexibility to navigate change and adapt in a busy environment.
