Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of project plans, risk assessments, review of materials. Track and communicate information related to project timeline, changes, status reports, documentation and deliverables. Assist in project documentation management (including version control). Work with the implementation team and vendors to get answers to project questions, as assigned. Manage the project's online web collaboration portal. Schedules meetings and coordinate all related meeting logistics fromstart to finish. Captures follow-up items and follows-up on assignments. May lead a sub-project or small project with minimal risk and resource requirements. Provide administrative support to assigned project teams.
Requirements: 2+ years' project coordinator experience. General knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience with MS Project preferred. Intermediate MS Word, Sharepoint and MS Excel required. Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple small to routine projects. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills with ability to navigate changes with flexibility. Must be able to use good judgement and clear a criminal background check.
