Our client is looking for a multifaceted Project Administrator for an exciting project in the greater Yuba City area. The Project Administrator will work to support a temporary Construction project. This role will assist with the day-to-day administrative functions of the jobsite including new hire coordination, billing, and clerical needsof the onsite office. The schedule will typically be 40 hours per week, however there may be a need for overtime depending on business need. Candidates must have project support and billing experience.

Responsibilities: Dispatch labor and coordinate labor as required from local union halls; Operators, Laborers, etc. Manage new hire responsibilities and processes; pre-employment drug screening, orientation, safety training, etc. Manage off boarding responsibilities; layoffs as required, notifications as required, etc. Administrative/Clerical support including delivery coordination, packing slips, copies, meal coordination, and related errands for the project. Assist with Accounting/Billing for project.

Requirements: 3+ years'experience as a project coordinator/engineer; experience dispatching a plus. Construction industry experience highly preferred. Billing experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong technical skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all staff, vendors and clients. Highly dependable, responsible and strong sense of urgency. Strong math and critical thinking skills. Ability to use good judgement and clear a criminal background check. Candidates may need to drive for this position.
