Responsibilities: Posting payment electronically or manually as needed to appropriate accounts. Contact insurance companies for questionable or incomplete explanation of benefits. Research complex issues utilizing internal and external resources and contacts. Maintain daily productivity levels. Maintains department posting standard. Communicates extensively with staff and management on updates. Works with the department staff and management to resolve issues.
Requirements: 1-2 Years payment processing experience. Accounts Receivable experience and knowledge of insurance payment posting required. High school diplomarequired. Proficient MS Office experience. High attention to detail required. Highly analytical with strong problemsolving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to audit information and find discrepancies.
