Are you looking for an opportunity that will allow you to put your amazing technical data entry skills to work? We are recruiting Document Data Processors to support a special project with a well-established non-profit organization in West Sacramento. The Data Processor is responsible for proofreading and typing updates within policy manuals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Word, familiar with Macros, high attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work in a focused project environment. This is a long term contract project, but has potential for hire for strong contributors to the project.

Responsibilities: Types, proofreads, and word processes policy manuals; checks drafts for punctuation, spelling, and grammar; makes revisions as appropriate. Performs applications programming operations (macros) for the input, storage, revision, and retrieval of data from word processing equipment. Filing, scanning, printing, shipping, organizing, and editing documents based on specific instructions. Maintains accurate and detailed documents, verifies accuracy of information, and records information pertaining to the Policy Services' products. Prepares mailing (including mail merge, template creation, address labels, etc.) and mass mailing of product packets. Verifies and reviews forms and reports for completeness and conformance with established regulations and procedures; applies departmental and program policies and procedures in determining completeness ofapplications, records, and files.

Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 year experience entering high volume data entry. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience formatting documents using Macros preferred. Type 65 WPM. Demonstrated accurate and quality work with data entry. Microsoft Office Proficient (Word, Outlook, Excel). Comfortable with repetitive, fact-finding work. Ability to think critically and problem solve. Ability to work independently.
