Responsibilities: Respond and process payroll requests and inquires. Process the weekly and bi-weeklypayroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, reconcile and audit payroll processing within the payroll system. Provide customer service on inquiries about payroll. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure employee status changes are paid and entered correctly in payroll system. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Maintain confidentiality and discretion with information related to employees, managers and department operations, without exception. Assist with HR administrative tasks. Other duties as needed.
Requirements: 5+ years minimum working experience with responsibilities performing, planning and organizing payroll activities. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment and to analyze and resolve problems. ADP payroll experience is ideal. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner verbally. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
