Payroll Specialist - Direct Hire
Sacramento, CA | Direct Hire Position

Responsibilities: Respond to and process payroll requests and inquires. Process bi-weekly payroll forexempt and non-exempt employees, reconcile and audit payroll processing within the payroll system. Provide customerservice on inquiries about payroll. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure employee status changes are paid and entered correctly in payroll system. Maintain confidentiality and discretion with information related to employees, managers and department operations, without exception. Assist with HR administrative tasks. Other dutiesas needed.
Requirements: 2 years minimum working experience responsibilities performing, planning and organizing payroll activities. A minimum of 2 years' experience with the ADP Workforce Now system required. Strong technical skills in MS Office is required. Must be able to process/enter data into the computer system quickly and proficiently.
