Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and financial statement preparation. G/L account reconciliation and analysis process. Full cycle payroll processing for 500-700 employees on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. Posting journal entries, including prepaid and accruals, cash, depreciation and amortization transactions. Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Employee expense reports. Development, documentation and implementation of accounting procedures based on current processes and needs for adjustment. Ad-hoc reporting, financial schedules and analysis as required.
Requirements: 3 years of accounting with payroll experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Excellent reconciliation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing information. Effective communication skills. Strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to work independently and establish priorities to meet deadlines. Knowledge and compliance with GAAP. Ability to work wellin a fast paced and changing environment.
