Responsibilities: Offer assistance to patients to help them work through any processes related to a healthcare clinic, including health plan authorizations and billing questions. Coordinate the patient complaint andresolution process, including maintaining the appropriate information in the company database. Then, identify areasof improvement based on trends. Prepare and organize trend reports from the company database and present to management. Assist with any tasks associated with the new patient process. Communicate with healthcare personnel and providers regarding Patient Advocacy program tasks and processes. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 3 years' experience supporting a Healthcare Provider is required. High School Diploma or GED required. Experience with health plans and conflict resolution required. Strong technical skills and computer savvy. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to think critically and problem solve.
