Our client is an international organization with a small US operations office in Gold River, CA who is in need of part-time Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant provides support to the Operations Specialist in addition to performing a variety of office duties. This position will also be responsible assisting sales with ensuring on time packaging and shipment of company products. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and will be a team player, willing to help out wherever needed. Candidates must be able to navigate change in a busy environment with flexibility. The schedule for the position is Monday-Friday, 11am-3: 00pm. This is a temporary opportunity through the end of the year, for potential to be extended long term.

Responsibilities: Provide administrative office support including answering calls, scanning/filing, and correspondence via email. Support Sales team including assistance with packaging and shipping company product within an office environment. Prepare documents and memos. Provide support to Operations Specialist to assist with day to day business operationsduties. Manage records and prepare reports.

Requirements: 3-5 years of administrative and/or operations support experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong time management and prioritization skills required. Critical thinking skills and ability to making suggestions for improvements. Ability to be proactive and work autonomously is required.
