Responsibilities: Responsible for providing general office reception and administrative support to the office. Answering Phones, Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, Mail and Calendaring. Respond to queries and other office needs as required.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 years' Receptionist or Office Clerk experience. Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook with excellent Data Entry. Must have proven organization, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities. Strong Communication skills and Attention to Detail is required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
