Outside Sales Representative - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Generate new business in assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, networking and referrals. Develop your own leads, providing product expertise and industry knowledge to build your client base through sales to new accounts within your market. Conduct outbound phone calls to viable prospects to schedule face-to-face meetings. Meet with potential customers, providing presentations and educating on company products, services and selling points. Develop unique client specific solutions for each prospect encountered. Meet/exceed sales goals. Maintain open communication and build professional relationships with all clients. Follow up with clients consistently. Manage documentation, prepare reporting, and present pertinent data to management.
Requirements: 5-7+ years of outside sales experience. Excellent closing and negotiating skills. High school diploma or equivalentexperience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Construction industry or large fleet experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to gain buy-in and influence decision makers. Strategic and innovative. Travel to different client sites within designated Northern California territory is required. Valid CA Drivers' License required.
