Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from prospective members and assist with membership enrollment. Renewing annual membership. Keeping information current and updating information/members on an as needed basis. Providing administrative support for the association and supporting different programs and services for new and existing members.
Requirements: 1 - 2 years of membership experience and enrollment. 3 +years in a customer service environment, over the phone customer service skills. Ideal candidate will need to possess demonstrated longevity in prior roles. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent grammatical and proofreading skills. Detail orientated. Highly organized and resourceful. Ability to use good judgment. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
