We are recruiting a results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, manage and optimize multimedia marketing campaigns across North and South America for a global software solutions company. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current B2B marketing tools and strategies, and lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept toexecution. Under the direction of marketing leadership in Australia, the Marketing Specialist will support the Americas regional expansion in existing and new markets.

Responsibilities: Plan and execute all marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and ad campaigns. Design and maintain social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal divisions to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.

Requirements: BS/MS degree in marketing or arelated field required. 5-7+ years successful experience in B2B marketing required. Demonstrable experience leadingand managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or advertising campaigns and trade shows. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Industry experience in Construction, Technology or Mining a plus. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.G., DART, Atlas). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Up-to-date with the latest trends/best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Pay: $75, 000-$95, 000
