Marketing Project Coordinator
Rancho Cordova, CA
Responsibilities: Preparation of project plans from start to finish. Project tracking and reporting (potential for multiple projects short and long term). Project management for events: liaising with internal and external stakeholders to keep project plan on track (i.E. Project timeline, changes, status reports, documentation and deliverables). Budget tracking for events, and maintaining detailed records of project finances. Regular communication with external agencies and vendors to maintain accurate project information. Vendor set ups in the company systems, ensuring timely payments to vendors, filing and storing of legal documents and contracts, demo equipment requests and procurement of marketing collateral & assets. Maintain detailed records of activity and project progress. Coordination with colleagues across the organization and globe to maintain alignment on specific projects. Schedule meetings and coordinate all related meeting logistics. Captureand communicate follow-up items, and follow-up on assignments.
Requirements: 3-5+ years' Project Management experience required. Marketing experience highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills with ability to navigate changes with flexibility. Detailed oriented self-starter who is comfortable with remote management.
