Marketing Coordinator - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Assist the marketing team withdeveloping key initiatives. Develop marketing materials (i.E., signage, brochures, advertising etc.) from start to finsih. Assist with brand adherence for electronic marketing materials, online platforms and social media, multimedia assets, and other media as appropriate. Make modifications to advertising using graphic software. Assistwith social media. Support the marketing team with budget process and tracking invoices and billing. Actively audits brand materials, ensuring all marketing collateral available to internal and external teams is current and on brand, recommending updates when necessary. Update company website with new information. Assist with ad hoc project support to meet deadlines. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Coordinatesthe grand opening of new communities, including dates, media, food, beverages, entertainment, and temporary real estate staff. Assists in coordination of company events. Set up new community sales trailers, including furniture, office equipment and supplies, coordinates IT set-up, and ensures permits and insurance is obtained. Prepares consultant agreements and ensures insurance requirements are kept current. Keeps all department budgets current.
Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role. Homebuilding or other related industry experience is required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated skilled writer with excellent editing skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative, critical thinking with problem solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Publisher, Word, and Outlook).
